Badamtam Tea Garden established in 1861 is located in picturesque Lebong valley. The word Badamtam originated from the Lepcha language and means a bamboo container for carrying water. At an altitude of 6000 feet, this garden produces excellent Darjeeling tea. Unfermented leaves are roasted and packed to create the finest earl grey tea.

Brew the perfect cup

1. Add half a teaspoon of leaves per cup into a teapot

2. Pour freshly boiled water over the leaves

3. Cover the lid and allow brewing for 4 to 5 minutes

4. Strain and enjoy. Quality Darjeeling teas are best enjoyed black
