We cannot accept product returns purchased from us unless there is a genuine cause for concern, subject to receipt of claim within 7 days from the date of receipt by the buyer. Claims to be acknowledged at the sole discretion of the company.

Externally Damaged Items
If you feel your item was damaged due to poor packaging, please let us know by submitting your feedback at email@example.com subject to the packs remaining unopened.
